His brother, Leroy Begay, also took up silversmithing. Larry’s style is recognizable by large cluster-style statement pieces. Larry says his inspiration for his pieces comes from the landmarks of the nation. He has a few maker’s marks, “LMB” “LMB Navajo” and “LB” accompanied by a running horse.
